Leanne has over 20 years of experience working with students at Primary, Secondary and Higher Education establishments and with adults in the workplace across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

During her time in the education sector, Leanne has held a variety of roles.  These have included being the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) in a primary school; Teacher of SEN and Teacher of Secondary Science. In addition, she has worked for Dyslexia Action, providing high quality dyslexia assessments, tutoring children and adults and dyslexia training in educational establishments.

Leanne holds an Assessment Practising Certificate (SpLD APC) in addition to her Post Graduate Certificate in Language, Literacies and Dyslexia.  She is also an Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association.  

Currently, Leanne conducts Dyslexia Diagnostic Assessments for children from the age of 9 years through to adults.  She can also assess for GCSE/A Level Examination Access Arrangements, University/Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) and work/career related issues.

Leanne also undertakes training in schools and has experience of working with children with Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and General Learning Difficulties.
